Welp. Wheels aren’t happening. Got into an argument with my mom because she thinks putting RPF1s on my car is gonna make it get stolen or it’s not worth it. She’s not letting me get anything to customize it at all. She won’t let me get a daily so I can keep the miles off it or doesn’t agree to allow me to go to car meets anymore. I wish I could move out but I can’t afford it on my own, let alone, if I want to go back to college, I don’t know how I’ll do school, work and live on my own. I’m about to say fuck it and slam myself into a tree in the damn car.

Mate. It doesn’t seem like it right now, but parents are only trying to do their best to keep their kids safe, often it comes across as, ‘SERIOUSLY WTF! ARE YOU SERIOUS????’.

But try to hang in there mate, bide your time, leave it for a while and try and bring it up again at another point.

From someone who has overdosed and cut himself several times in his life and still often wanting to sit down and just cry or calling it a day and switching off the life support.

You’ll soon be able to get your own place and you’ll appreciate it all the more when you do.

I love how Americans call Imperial measures, ‘Freedom Units’, the unit of measurement from the United Kingdom.

A system of measurement that evolved from thousands of Roman, Celtic, Anglo-Saxon and local customary units, standardised by the British.

Ye’, we called it soccer or rather, association football, because all the foot games were called football of the time such as association football (previously known as mob football) , rugby football. But eventually we simply dropped it to football and soccer while rugby football simply became rugby.

Just like we used fall and Autumn intochangeably, so did America. America adopted fall, and we adopted Autumn as the primary term apparently in part because we didn’t want to used what America preffered to call it.
